1. Turn the current switch, a red button at the control panel, to ON position.
2. Tune the temperature setting to 250 degrees centigrade.
3. Open the electrical box and rotate the TYPE CAS dial to the 6-second setting.
4. Once the preheat temperature reaches 250 degrees centigrade, turn the
three-increment switch
upward, rotate the TYPE STP-Y dial to the 4-sexond setting
(adjust according to our specific
requirement) and press down the foot pedal to activate the
server motor for 4 seconds before it
stops automatically.
5. Turn the toggle switch to the center position to allow electric server motor
be controlled by the
foot pedal.
6. Turn the toggle switch downward and the electric server motor will be tuned
to an automatic
rotation mode. |
